Alert Inspector is a Texas based and individually owned company.
 Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professions, you
probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Different inspectors have
varying qualifications, equipment, training, experience, reporting methods, and
different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of
work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector.
Alert Inspector is built upon Christian principles and solid
ethics. I am a Captain of a DFW area fire department, with 20 years public safety experience. I
function as an unbiased advocate for the home buyer. I strive to exceed expectations in regards to
customer satisfaction. At Alert Inspector, our goal is to
assist the client in the evaluation of the overall condition of the structure and to give them peace of
mind regarding their purchase. After completing the inspection, I prefer to meet the clients onsite and
go through the findings with them. Alert Inspector will then
produce and deliver to the client an easy to read, written report, complete with digital pictures. A
summary report will also be delivered for your convenience. I look forward to working with you on one
of the most important and exciting decisions you and your family will make.

- The Texas Commission on Fire Protection as a Master Firefighter and Advanced Inspector.
