Supra Key Information
Help Inspectors Access Homes
The current
SUPRA Key Box system allows the home inspector to enter a home only by using the CBS
(Call Before Showing) code for the specific lockbox at the listed property. This system works only
if the listing agents know the code for their lockbox and release that information to inspectors
as requested.
Each lockbox is programmed with a unique CBS code before purchase, and the code is provided
to agents when purchasing a lockbox.
Obtain Your CBS Codes
If you can't remember the CBS code for your lockbox, it's easy to obtain that information:
Step 1: Visit www.supraekey.com and
click on "Log onto KIM" .
Step 2: Enter your key number and PIN code for the login.
Step 3: Once logged in, click on "Keybox Info" then click "Run".
Step 4: A report will be generated, showing all key boxes assigned to you and the CBS code for each box.
Changing Your CBS Codes
The CBS codes can be changed. You have two options:
Option 1: Simply bring the key box to the Area Board of Realtors office during normal business
hours to have Area Board of Realtors staff make the change.
Option 2: Change the CBS code yourself:
- Step 1: Select "Program Key / Keybox".
- Step 2: Then tap "Change CBS Code".
- Step 3: You will need to enter the shackle code before changing the CBS code.
